Occasionally, members of the White Spruce on the Lake community decide to make their leased sites available to others due to changing circumstances. These established sites have improvement packages being offered for sale and the right to continue to lease the site from White Spruce on the Lake.  Please contact the individual listed for detailed information on each of the improvement packages for sale.
